I got an email saying there is something wrong with my account again and there is nothing wrong in it so you can give me my points and stop messing up account anytime now, thank you also an actual phone number would be great

Did you get your actual beta code email yet? They sent me the console preference and server preference email last week but have yet to get the actual email containing the codes.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

Hi Bumpy Nuggz. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the
process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved.

Whenever it asks me for recently sent emails in the one part of the form, can I enter emails that have been sent to me?

Once again i sent off a request and they got back to me telling me that using a link i could get sent an email letting me reset the password however the email allowing me to reset, gets sent to the very same email im trying to get into.... *SIGH*

I sent xbox and email and they give me the troubleshooting guide i emailed back saying it didn't work
