    Help i cannot play my XBOX anymore i have most of my games on there with my email for the account i use. Now i cannot play any of my games due to the change of the email which i did not approve of. I've tried all the recovery options available for the account on my xbox and have not been successful. Please Help me reset that account or transfer my games to a different account cause i dont think there will be some kind of refund for any purchased games linked to my primary account.

    All was fine on the 28th of March. Then the next day the 29th I received a text saying that my number was removed from my account. And when I tried to play on my Xbox it had a different email. I never authorized it nor did I removed my own phone number from my account.

    Never received a email from Microsoft saying there were unusual activities in the account.

    Yes, I had 2 form form factor with my phone and got a text message saying my phone number was removed from my account. So when I tried logging in to my xbox it had a different email linked to it.

    And when I tried logging in with my existing account I got "there is no account with this email. Would you like to make one."

    Unfortunately, there is not much that anyone can do on the forums. You can try going to Contact us | Xbox Support. Choose "Contact Us". Choose Account & Profile. Choose the correct issue for you, could be I need to change my username/email and describe your issue. It should probably ask if you want to solve without contacting and will have you try to sign in. If the "Sign in with other options" doesn't work, there isn't much we can do to recover your account.
