Email trouble

Discus and support Email trouble in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had an account on Xbox one and I switched to ps4 but I came back to Xbox and forgot the email I used for the account.     I had an account on Xbox one and I switched to ps4 but I came back to Xbox and forgot the email I used for the account. If anyone could help me that would be great

    She needs to go to account.live.com and attempt a password reset. If that doesn't work, instead of choosing "secret question" or "email a reset link", she can choose "customer support". That will have her fill out a form with questions about the account
    which will be directly submitted to windows live team members. If that doesn't work either, have her go to windowslivehelp.com and visit the windows live forums,. She can leave message there, just like we do here and wait for a reply from a windows live employee.

    My sisters xbox live account previously belonged to my cousion. She now wishes to change her email connected with her xbox account, but the email its linked with now is expired, and she can't change anything. What should she do?

    The only way to change the WLID of an account is to log into it on the console and change it from there. If you can no longer log in on the console, you will need to call up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx).

    No one will be able to tell you what your account email is even if you know the gamertag associated with the account.

    If you remember your account email you can fill in the account recovery form. This link has information about the recovery form.
