Sorry ZeroAvix, but that is incorrect.

With instant on the console doesn't actually turn off when in standby, it just goes into a low power state and it keeps a connection to the internet to search for updates.

UnleashedLemon your understanding of instant on is correct, however i'm not sure about game installations being possible when in standby, i shall test this out right now and post my results in a few hours.

Phone and chat support don't actually have correct information about how the forums run and typically send people here with incorrect information or when they don't have a solution.

Unfortunately, as already stated, there is no way to separate an Xbox account from a Microsoft email address. Any suggestions that state differently, would be incorrect and delete all those archived emails and OneDrive.

Actually it is correct. Unfortunately phone and chat support are incorrect when it comes to the forums. There is no way to contact the enforcement team via the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.
