    Hello, I recently made a new email and liked it with my Microsoft account, removing the old one.

    Old: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    New: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    I need to see if you guys can subscribe me to the Xbox Rewards Emails, because they don't get sent to my new email for some reason. Thanks!

    Accidentally used wrong email when redeeming MyVIP 10,000 reward points

    Hello, when I went to redeem MyVIP gems for 10,000 Microsoft reward points, I accidentally used the wrong email and didn’t use my Microsoft rewards account email. I tried to make a Microsoft’s rewards account with the email I accidentally entered to no avail.
    If anyone would be of any assistance in my issue itd be greatly appreciated!

    Didn't receive $50 gift card or proper amount of rewards points for Xbox One S order

    Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
    post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

    Hello BioLegion,

    We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting
    "Edit your billing info", and then changing your billing email from that screen. Since your billing email is still set to your old email address, we are still sending emails to that address.

    Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

    You'll have to try emailing Microsoft Rewards support again. They do not use the forums and Xbox Rewards support cannot assist since that is a different program.

    You will need to try emailing Microsoft Rewards support. That is the only way to get support for their program. Xbox Rewards is a separate program and their support cannot assist with Microsoft Rewars.

    It's best to post in the support section of the forum for a response for support. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in
    order to receive VIP rebates.
