Email re preoder Mafia III deluxe download

Hi I dont know if anyone can help?

I have received an email to say the the preoder I made on the 22/8/16 for Mafia III will be available from 7th October

I have not pre ordered this and it is not in my purchase or order history. I have not had a preoder email from 22nd August either!

if i search for it in xbox live - it is still available for preorder.

I have tried calling microsoft but as it was 2100 they cut me off!

Has anyone else recieved this email ? Is it a scam?

Not Earning MyCredits

I've been buying games and earning credits and increasing my star ranking just fine since I signed up. This past month I've bought over $300 worth of games and just earning my star rank but I'm not receiving any credits. I should be receiving 8% back with
each purchase but the only thing I have is 250 credits from taking the monthly survey.

here are the games I got either from xbox.com or from the xbox one:

Hey, Stim Reflex! Thanks a bunch for the screenshot. That helped me dig into this a bit more.

First, I can confirm that the email isn't a scam. It's an official Microsoft email that was sent in error. As long as you have not pre-ordered Mafia III, then you will not be charged. If you want to confirm that on your account, you can look at both

Mafia III Deluxe Edition and
Mafia III; if both of these say you need to purchase, you will not be charged.

However, if you DO get charged, you will want to reach out to the
phone team for further assistance. They should be able to process the refund, or find out where the charge was made. You shouldn't run into any issues with this, though.

Same here, bought the Mafia III Pre-order Bundle.

Wont show up in "Ready to Install" (like the most Games i pre-ordered.)

I thought its Pre-download ? Different Versions ?

Additionally, I'm not aware of any promotion that provides Gears of War 3 or Gears of War Judgment for pre-ordering Mafia III. Mafia III comes with the Bayou Gator and Male/Female Lincoln Clay Avatar outfits.
