    I was selectively mass deleting emails to make space in my inbox and all of the sudden all but 4 email were gone and some of those emails were already deleted by me prior to this happening. Now I can't access my hotmail through the outlook app not I can access it by signing in online. However, I still cannot send or receive emails.

    Please advise how I can resolve this issue, I urgently need access to my email account.

    Okay, what exactly does it say when you try to join? Can you share a screenshot here? Just don’t include any personal info.

    If you’re still not able to join Game Pass Ultimate through the Xbox website, a possible workaround would be to purchase a physical code from a retail store, or a digital code from a trusted online store such as Amazon. You may be able to redeem it and join that way, and 12 month subscriptions are also available as well. If you have an accessible Xbox account in a supported country/region for Game Pass Ultimate though, you shouldn’t experience any issues joining regardless of the account email address.

    Hi Robert,

    To clarify, do you already have a Microsoft/Xbox account associated with your work email address? Is there any specific error code/message when trying to join Game Pass Ultimate?
