Discus and support Email linked with Gamertag in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Why Xbox can not support to give us the email that linked with Gamer tag in case we forgot it ?? i have the same issue and i sent to them my Console...     Why Xbox can not support to give us the email that linked with Gamer tag in case we forgot it ??

    i have the same issue and i sent to them my Console home pictures to make sure that i'm the one using my profile not hacking to anyone else, and for sure in the database they can find the email that linked to gamertags , but needs
    more expert team to try ti help us

    This incident means losing money and losing game savings and records , and start with a new account from beginning ( this is not a professional support to try to remember my old emails , and you have the username ( gamertag ) that for sure must be linked
    under an email address )

    so you can ask for a console ID , or S/N with my sent pictures , all of this are a guarantee to me for a security , but when you say that we can give you this type of information , that means i have to go to another universe to help ????????????

    and feeling sick from your support , really iam sick this days ........

    plz try to find a solution ASAP

    Hi, I wonder what should I do when my account is "suspended because payment issues"(or something along those lines) and when I login to try to fix the problem, it shows me a different profile (Im fairly sure the email Im using to login is the same as the
    suspended account).

    I would suggest signing into the account on the xbox website and try to add a windows live id to the account then try re-adding it to your console.

    Not exactly, it's "hotmail.fr"
    That would still be considered a Microsoft email so if you deleted that then you deleted your whole account (which would include your xbox profile)

    At least thats how things would normally work in this sort of situation.

    Hi ADetz! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    You can't use this email as has already been used for a different Microsoft account, when you add a different alias it's best to create the email during the process of alias change.

    In regard to transfer the Xbox account, in order to split that account from your email you will need to delete that email as a Microsoft account
