The problem is simple

I have to t migrate my Minecraft account to a Microsoft account but can’t do so.

I can't use my email to set up a Microsoft account, and therefore i can't migrate.

It’s also not a good plan to create an email that i will seldom (maybe once in the 5-year use). because the change that is will be deleted, the company holding it goes bust or i have to change it for other reasons is too likely. notwithstanding hacking and all those problems.

By blocking me from access to my Minecraft account you are breaking the contract setup with majong in 2011. and has always use this email.

How are you going to repair this problem. As i get no response from Microsoft itself. probably because i don't have an account.

He was talking about if they lock his account again it would be a breach of contract or something. Nothing about points.

I don't care if I have to spend 50K to get this fixed, I will see a breach of contract. This was touted as a media center, and the specs say it supports DLNA. This is no longer the case. You have breached the implied contract MS. Fix it. Period

You violated a legally binding contract with clearly laid out stipulations. Microsoft could have banned your console from Xbox LIVE permanently so $10 isn't really that much.

Xbox LIVE is intended to be a G-rated family environment, as such profane, vulgar, sexual, racist, or hateful terms are not allowed. It is your responsibility to read the contracts you sign as it is your responsibility to accept punishment for breach of contract.
As a business owner I'm sure you can understand contractual obligation.
