Recently there was a promotion of receiving money by ordering an Xbox Design Controller. It was that you receive $15 towards your Xbox account and I never received it. The person I was brought up to sent me to this forum to receive help.

There was an Xbox Rewards offer to receive 15,000 credits ($15) if you purchased a controller between December 1 and December 17. The credits should have shown as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't see them on the Rewards site,
you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for Rewards support to check into it for you.

Otherwise, the Microsoft Rewards program was offering 5,000 points which you would receive about 14 days after the controller shipped. You would need to contact their customer support if that is the offer you're looking for credits from.

Did this ever get resolved? And if so how? Because I'm having the same problem and no one at Microsoft rewards have gotten back to me and I never got a confirmation email but it took my points.

Tried. Microsoft support sent me here. And the email for the rewards support isn't working for me. Then there's another page for rewards support that i can't use because the submit button stays greyed out.

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.
