Email for ea sports log in is no longer in used

You would have to contact EA for help with their account system. Even if you used Xbox credentials it's still their acccount

Thanks for all the replies. Just as a caution, would like you to log in on the
Account website with the parent account. Here check all emails associated to the account. With age verification, they usually send an email to the parent account for approval. Is
it possible the email is maybe an old one no longer in use? Id it isn't then you will need to continue to reach out to EA. As it seems its an issue with it picking a random email. Also can try logging into the EA site with your sons account and make sure it
all set up.

The problem I have with these sports games is a year later, they are no longer accurate with team changes and contracts expiring. Not to mention EA (Sports) is hated by most of the community for churning these games out and closing servers.

I'd rather spend my money on RE2 than a EA sports game.

(Get Game Pass, all the Dead Island games on are it, and costs like $10 a month)

EA has instructions but it does sound like you need to contact them to do it. I'd give it another try since they do link to these instructions from their account help "If you’ve changed your email address or no longer have access to the one you used to create
your account, swap emails from one account to another."

And i get them trying to be secure, but they wont even remove the account from being linked to me so i can just make a new one,....so i guess i can never log any games into ea sports, wich sucks cause on alot of games most of the stuff you cant do unless
