Email Correspondence with Primary Alias and Former Alias

My Microsoft/Xbox account was formerly registered with my mother's email when I was a juvenile. I am now an adult and have my Xbox account attached to my own Microsoft account. My mother's email is still receiving emails regarding my Xbox subscription renewal/expiration even though her email is not registered as an alias anywhere on my Microsoft account. I wish to make sure I am receiving any and all correspondence from Microsoft so that I am conscious of what is happening with my account rather than learning about things later on when she forwards to me emails. I signed into her Microsoft account and her account does show any immediate reasons as to why she is receiving messages about my Xbox. I hope someone is able to provide information to rectify this situation.

My age has been listed as over 18 for multiple years. My settings were already set as allow for the three settings listed.

I believe, since your account war first register with your mom's email, that's why this is happening. :/

How odd, if she receives, somehow her account is set as the primary. In your email you don't receive any information regarding your subscription and such?

We have never created a family account.

The correct email is set as the primary alias and we have no family network established. It has been this way for a long time. She was notified that my subscription expired and was sent the receipt when I renewed the subscription even though I was marked as the primary alias at the time of expiration and renewal. I use my account to play, purchase, sign up for subscriptions, etc. She receives the emails instead of my primary alias.
