I writing to confirm that the current email address linked to my Microsoft commerce account is correct. Which was requested by my Xbox live rewards program. Also I've noticed that I received 500 points for purchasing a 3 month Xbox live subscription, however
I received no points for purchasing a 12 month subscription this past august. I also just took a survey for an extra 500 points a little over a day ago and its not showing up on my rewards page nor did they give me 500 points for taking the survey as advertised. Any
help would be appreciated thanks and have a great new year. -

Harmonix getting ready for a new Rock Band?

So I just received an email regarding Rock Band from Harmonix, asking to fill out a survey in order to get an idea for future Rock Bands. If any of you are interested, here in lies the survey:

Xbox email survey(?)

Today i noticed that the email that is used for my xbox account got an email from xbox(usually for promotions and stuff) but the email i got was for a survey- Imgur

Im unsure if this is a legit email as the email is from the "Xbox@engage(DOT)xbox(DOT)com" address but i dont believe i ever received survey emails from xbox before. Additionally they provided an address to contact within the email if i had any questions/concerns
for the survey; this is what raises my concerns.

Is this legit??? As a side note, is "mrdesk@microsoft" a real email from microsoft?

i actually messaged them on a backup email and they're titled as Microsoft's "Market Research Helpdesk"

i assume that's the same thing you were saying though

It is a legit email. MS sometimes sends out emails to folks to get their feedback on new ideas or changes to their programs.

The email is also ok.. mrdesk is short for member response desk.

Feel free to respond and give them your opinion.

As a side note, MS or Xbox will never ask you for any info about your account or personal info... If you ever receive anything asking for ANY info it is definitely not legit.
