    A question I have about Xbox Live

    A question I have is when I sign in on my Xbox 360 to my Xbox Live account in the top right corner it shows your emblem along with a rotation of my gamertag name, achievement numbers, money I have on my account, and my email address linked to the account. But for some reason it doesn't show my email address when it's rotating through and instead just shows blank nothing until the next thing comes up in the rotation when it should show my email address in the rotation.

    Email address

    The e-mail address in the billing section is where any purchase receipts will be sent to. To change the Microsoft Account e-mail address associated with a profile on the Xbox One, you will currently need an Xbox 360 to make this change as the Xbox One does
    not currently have this feature. Once you are on the Xbox 360, you can follow
    this guide     to complete the process. Please read everything carefully so you fully understand what is and isn't carrying over. For example, any currency on the original MS account will not carry over to the new account. Hope this helps!

    Hi,

    You'll want to read the information listed here in order to make the e-mail change from
    one gamertag to another. If the e-mail that you wish to change it to has a Xbox LIVE account already associated with it, then you'd need to move that e-mail before you're able to make use of that e-mail on another account. This is because only 1 e-mail address
    can be associated with 1 gamertag/account.

    Greetings, Johnny! It sounds like you need to change your Windows LIVE ID. Is that correct? Here are the steps to do this on your console:

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id

    Hi Johnny,

    I'm not sure exactly what your question is. It sounds like you want to change you Windows Live ID. You should be able to go to www.live.com. Select your name in the upper right corner and go to "account". From there you should see the option to "change
    live ID". Then check out
    support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-account-info    , if you have any questions with Xbox and Live ID.
