Email about a subscription I have never joined

Since the subscription charges did not come in any of your accounts, I just want to confirm if your email address was linked to one of your family members' or friends' Xbox account?

If not but you received an email message regarding the subscription being renewed and none of your accounts or your family members' accounts are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, it might be possible that the email message you received is a scam.

If you are seeing signs of a scam, and are suspicious of a message, you will need to report it. Here's how:

Select the check box next to the suspicious message in your Outlook.com inbox. Select the arrow next to Junk, and then select Phishing.

i have been trying to join the ambassador team for a while i have never gotten an email from them. i have never been banned or anything.it says im already in but i havent even gotten an email and this is the first time i have ever done this. is there any
way you could send a email so i could join

Yeah I got an email about this and am quite tempted being as I never got round to joining Netflix or Love Film. I think you have to be a subscriber for 3 months though before you get the 1600MS.

So to be clear, I will have Ultimate instead of the basic one, but it ALSO does not decrease the duration of it and instead adds 1 month + 2 free months? I don't really understand this one. like my sub ends in march, if i buy it, i'll have 6 months of
the Ultimate subscription and it'll end in june?

It'll convert the Game Pass you currently have into Ultimate and add the 3 months onto it.
