    Multiplayer issue

    every time my buddy and I try to go into multiplayer it kicks him if I'm the party leader and if he's the party leader it'll do the same for me. It throws a "Elvira" code saying can't connect to matchmaking, but we've checked all connections and everything
    is fine. We've played for almost a decade together and it's never happened, but it's constantly doing it. It's happening on Call of duty infinite warfare. Does anyone have an answer as to why and how we can fix this problem?

    One possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue is due to an interruption with the game server. For us to provide you with an appropriate solution, kindly answer the following:

    • Are you using an Xbox One console or an Xbox 360 console?
    • Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?
    • Is this the only game you're experiencing this issue?

    May I know if you already tried power cycling the console?
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    If that doesn't work, may I know if you tried connecting the console to a different HDMI port?
    Or try using a different HDMI cord
