Elite series two controller won’t work? Help

my Xbox controller I got is buggy I have blown into the side bar where the side bumper is to make it work better then the three lines button wasn’t working and I checked it and it was pressed and was stuck on pressed even though I’m not touching I have done everything I tried I dotn know if I broke it and I need a new one but please help

elite series 2 controllers back paddles won’t work

FIXED! If anyone has a problem like this all you have to do is wait till it dies it’ll work again

Edit: ofc you have to charge it again and it’ll work

All my controllers from Xbox One to X and Elite 1 & 2 still work and have no faults mechanically. Elite Series 1 my grips came off after two years of abuse. Other than that no problems.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. The update should fix the issue but if not, we may need to create an order for the controller to be sent to Microsoft.

To do so, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and from there add the controller as a device using its serial number then click on "Info & Support" to start an order.
