Elite series two controller LB broken always?

So I have had this controller for a little under a year and I have had it replaced 2 times now. Is it just me or do they continue to send me the same broken controller back to me? If they are replacing it the LB button is broken every single time. Who can I contact about actually getting a working controller cause wasting my time doing this warranty replacement is useless. Ive tested my controller with the game controller test app on windows and it literally shows my LB not registering unless I press it really hard every single time. My RB is fine, I really believe they keep sending me back the same exact controller saying its been replaced in the emails.

Hello there, sorry to hear about what's been going on with your Xbox Elite 2 Wireless Controller. At this time, your best route is to (yet again) submit the repair request when your controller's hardware fails. If you want any help with that, or to double-check what your options are, I encourage you to contact Xbox Support if you haven't already.

If you are ever in doubt about the controller you've sent out and the one you've received back, you can confirm that by checking the serial numbers of the one you sent with the one you received. The serial is found on the underside of the controller between where the paddles connect.

It is the controller after testing on other games, has anyone has mentioned similar issues before? Or is there somewhere I can find a setup for racing games because my Series X controller has a broken LB and I would much rather use the Elite.

I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.
