Elite series 2 sleep mode problem

hi, i have got back my controller from service for bumper buttons, now whenever it goes in sleep mode and i turn it on again, it shut off after 1 sec, i have to connect it with cable and it start work as intended again showing full battery, until it shut off again for inactivity, i've tried to deactivate the power saving mode from windows (i tough it was related to the wireless dongle, i've also tried to update the firmware but it did not solve the problem)

i've tried to reset by pressing the sync button, the xbox logo blinked fast, and i turned off and on again, it stay on but the problem is not that iot suddenly turn off, it stay on as long it don't go in sleep mode, at that point when i try to turn it on it will shut down after 1 sec, it stay on just enough to be seen by the computer, to solve i plug the cable for one sec and it work again as intended in wireless mode

now, i just wait for it to go sleep and see if it will turn on again

edit: the reset with sync button seams to have resolved the issue

There are a few possible reasons why your key combinations are not working on the Elite Series 2 controller paddles.

1. The key combination mode is disabled.

By default, key combination mode is disabled on the Elite Series 2 controller. To enable it, follow these steps:

1) Open the Xbox Accessories application.
2) Select "Controller & Accessories".
3) Select your Elite Series 2 controller.
4) Select "Advanced Settings".
5) Activate the "Keyboard Mode" option.

2. The keys you are using are not compatible with the key combination mode.

Keyboard shortcut mode only supports the function keys, arrow keys, Enter key, Tab key, Delete key, Home key, Pause/Pause key and Escape key. If you try to use other keys, they will not work in key combination mode.

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..
