    Just the controller. No accessories, removable parts, etc. Anything else you send is not guaranteed to be returned.

    If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

    Same problem, A button not always working on Elite series 2 controller, straight out the box. Returned it to Microsoft store, still waiting to hear back from them 1 week on.
