Elite Series 2 powers off when right rear paddles are pressed, they keep sending it back broken

I have an Elite Series 2 that powers off when you press the right rear paddles. The controller shuts completely off and won't come back on until I plug it in, even if the battery is fully charged.

It is under warranty until 3/28/2024. I have sent it in twice and both times they immediately send the same controller back and not repaired. They usually send it back wrapped in the same packaging material that I use.

Now there isn't even an option on the site to send the controller in. The only option on the pull down menu is for accessory issues, and they just want to send me new joysticks or cables. After sending my broken controller (that's covered for almost another year) twice, they stopped offering me the option to send it in. I also can't find a way to get ahold of an actual person. What do I do to get them to honor the warranty???

The back paddles just pull off. My Elite Series 1 & 2 are the same.

make sure that you not only map the config but assign it to a slot and that you are on that slot as active. I have the new elite series 2 and i map the left stick down to the left rear paddle; works fine.

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.
