Elite series 2 New Profiles not saving

Discus and support Elite series 2 New Profiles not saving in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just swapped out my prev elite series 2, now for some reason the New Profiles in the accessories app on windows 10 isn't saving.     Elite series 2 New Profiles not saving


    I just swapped out my prev elite series 2, now for some reason the New Profiles in the accessories app on windows 10 isn't saving. I click save go back and nothing's there.

    Please answer the following questions to assist you properly:
    Are you using the controller connected via USB or bluetooth?
    The controller firmware is up to date?
    Did you tried using a different PC to see if the issue persist there?
    Or tell me what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    no don't buy an elite series 2 because ive had 2 brand new elite series 2 and they where both broken out of the box

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.
