Elite series 2 left thumbstick delay/drift

Seeing how your controller is out of warranty you could try searching online (Youtube) for a DIY fix otherwise, you can send it to Microsoft and they'll replace JUST the controller for $135 CDN. It's either that or pay full price for a entire new set (case
etc).

These controllers have had issues from time to time. Sometimes you can get one thats flawless and sometimes you can get a lemon. I bought one and got a lemon then i returned that one and got a gem and never had an issue again. Usually when someone sells
you a huge insurance policy there banking on it to fail just saying Most warranties are designed for a specific purpose.

Hi I purchased a Xbox series 2 elite controller on preorder in September 2019. It arrived in November 2019. I used this controller for Less than 6 months with normal use and it already has hardware issues. The left number doesn’t respond, the right joystick
sways the character all over even with adjusting dead zone. I did some research and Microsoft has acknowledged that this is a known issue and this controller is faulty. A quick google search will show you hundreds of people have the same issue. My warranty
ended in January but since this is a known issue I would believe it should be replaced. It’s ridiculous if Microsoft thinks you should pay $200 for a controller every 6 months.

Xbox elite series 2

My first elite controller broke in the first week, the left thumbstick internal snapped, hopefully the series 2 controller is good

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.
