Elite Series 2 is broken and I can’t get a replacement.

Hello, my elite series 2 controller has not been functioning correctly. My right bumper doesnt register all the time, and my left paddles dont even work. My left stick drifts up and down, and it also doesnt work when i move my stick forward. When i do,
my character doesnt move and also on the xbox accesories app it doesnt register it as moving either. I applied for a replacement while it still had its warranty, and xbox denied it. I tried multiple times to get a replacement, until it was past my warranty.
I called microsoft support and told them my problem and asked what i could do, and then they hung up on me. What am i supposed to do now? Live with a broken $180 controller that i had for 5 months? I worked very hard to get the controller and of course the
one i get is faulty and then they deny everything so i cant get a new controller. Just shows how little microsoft cares about their customers. What am i supposed to do, or who can i talk to to PLEASE get a replacement?

no don't buy an elite series 2 because ive had 2 brand new elite series 2 and they where both broken out of the box

Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

The Elite Controllers are pretty easy to work on. I just replaced a broken bumper on my Elite Series 1. It took about 20 minutes. You can find replacement parts on Amazon easily. Many companies have their own websites if you don't want to buy from Amazon.
There are plenty of videos on Youtube how to take apart and replace what is broken. I would recommend checking out the videos first to see if you want to give it try.

I just bought an elite 2 to replace a broken elite 1. I wish I knew this was a problem beforehand. It is quite frustrating. Hopefully a solution is found. I’ll be back to check on this thread.
