    Elite series 2 extended warranty option


    Hi I'm purchasing an elite series 2 controller but on reviews of the controller alot of people suggested to purchase it from the Microsoft store because of the extended warranty option, but yet when I reach the checkout I see no option for this and I am making this purchase in Ireland, is there no option to purchase this warranty in Ireland? If so could someone please assist me in where to find the extended warranty option with the elite series controllers.

    They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help

    You can try double checking later (up to 45 days) with Microsoft support or via website and add the extended warranty:

    Just to cover the possibility, try purchasing the controller on a different browser and if you have any VPN service or similar. Disable it

    I would recommend an Elite series 2 WITH A WARRANTY. The series 2 is a nice controller to own but has a history of breaking down at the worst times. If you get an extended warranty it will make the purchase worth it.
