    Elite Series 2 Controller Support or lack thereof?


    Has anyone had any luck contacting support on this product? There contact button basically says there is no way to speak to someone regarding this product. I paid nearly $200 for a controller and your saying I am not worth a conversation? Their global
    phone numbers refer you back to the website.

    I am an adult and the controller has been babied and only slightly used and now one of the buttons do not work. An item that could be sold as new cosmetically, combined with the plethora of issues people have described online really lead to me to believe
    that this is the controllers fault and not mine. I am beyond my warranty by days not months and I can't even get the respect for someone to tell me that after over a decade of paying into their services that I am not worth their time. I don't want to be
    one of those whiner's who post on the internet, but this device barely has a spec of dust on it let alone been abused.

    A company that is as big as Microsoft should be able to afford a customer service team who is willing to talk the client. I am more than willing to post pictures showing the product is in pristine condition.

    Terrible that what was supposed to be a fun Christmas present is turning to a source of animosity. I have used controllers for years in the past and have never had an issue or a warranty claim. (Even though my old Xbox used to overheat and turn off I took
    it on the chin).

    I really want to be a happy customer and continue to be loyal to the brand, but being snubbed is really fustrating!

    Hi,

    I try to connect my Xbox Elite wireless controller series 2 via bluetooth on my Ipad Pro 11 inch 2018, but it can't make connection or won't be recognized. The series 2 controller supports bluetooth. I can make connection with the other older version Xbox
    One S wireless controller immediately.

    I'd make a phone call with Apple support and they said that maybe the problem could be that the Xbox Elite controller series 2 won't be supported and isn't compatible with Ipad.

    I want to know guys if you had the same problem and I want to ask if there will be an update in the future to solve this problem?
    At the moment the series 2 elite controller is not compatible with Iphones/Ipads. At the moment the only device that the series 2 controller is available on IOS side is the Mac and even that it's janky. Series 2 controller works fine on Android at the moment.
    Sorry if this doesn't help you, I myself is waiting for the Bluetooth proprietary to be added to the IOS list
