Elite Series 2 controller RB/LB double clicking and out of stock

Left and right bumper double click for no reason. I can't replace my controller because its also out of stock from Best Buy. I bought their warranty and I can't even get a new controller, great . This controller should not have any problems. Its $180
and so many people have problems with it.

just to be sure, does the same thing happen when the controller is connected to a different PC or an Xbox One console (if available)?

To determine if this is related to the controller itself or perhaps the device it's connected to

In regards to the warranty bought at the store, it's not something people in here can assist with since that is a Best Buy specific thing

It is related to the controller itself. Some people who have this controller also has this problem.

Did you email them to make a return and pay for another? Or they just replaced your previous for free?

Mine was bought from GAME in the UK but replaced via microsoft. Sent the controller to them and they returned a new replacement (different serial #)

I got mine from Walmart on day of release, if I were to get a replacement do I go back to walmart or contact microsoft?
