Elite Series 2 Controller - Configure app on PC - Can't Configure

I've got the app running - Windows 10 is up to date, the firmware on the controller has been updated.

The controller is connected via USB.

There is no way to actually configure any of the profiles.

Xbox Accessories (app) shows:

Button test works (although it doesn't show the profile select button or the Bluetooth bind button being pressed - the light sequence on the controller to indicate profile does work)

Only the 3 boxes and the blue link are clickable and none of them lead to something that would actually allow me to configure a profile.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums!

So based on your screenshot it seems like you don't have the May 2019 Windows Update which is version 1903. You need to at least have version 1903 to configure profiles on the Xbox Accessories app on Windows 10. Version 1909 came out in November, so to make
sure all Xbox services work on your Windows 10 PC, I recommend updating to 1909. Start
> Settings > Update & Security >
Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.

Or you can use the
Update Assistant. Let us know if this helps!

I dont have a pc but I'm gonna try to delete all configarations and reset to the original configuration

My controller just recv'd an update about a month ago. Just bought a pc and connected controller which works perfectly however I am unable to configure my controller due to the "app not supporting my firmware on my controller"? Im a little confused. It's an xbox elite series 2 controller so how does the app not support it?
