    Elite Series 2 analog wont react to upwards movement.


    When you click in the thumbstick the analog does not like to respond.

    When you remove it, it seems to work fine.

    How do I fix this issue I am becoming extremely impatient with Microsoft at this point, this is a premium product; it should work as such.

    Another thread was closed before a resolution was found.

    The moderator stated that the previous thread was closed due to another thread being opened up about the issue but also failed to include a link to the updated thread; very unprofessional and AGGRAVATING.

    Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.

    Hello, Yes you can try to contact the support, but in view of the current context, Microsoft support does not work normally. Unfortunately you have to be patient. Send them an email to keep track of your request.
