    Elite Series 1 faulty controller bought at London store July 2019 needing repair - can't...


    I am trying to log a warranty repair for the above. When I go to add the device, select Xbox or Xbox Accessory, then Accessory. I enter the serial not (the long number under the bar code in the battery area) and it says it is not found and won't let
    me register it so I can not then request the repair. I have the email receipt but can not log a request until I register the device!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are unable to register the controller. In this case we recommend requesting a call from support to assist you in the repair set up.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    The Elite controllers never had Bluetooth capabilities until the release of the Elite Series 2, which was October 2019.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
