Elite Gamepad RB Button

Hello ,

My RB button is borken , the gamepad never felt before , but when i click the button mooving out .

Could you help me please with the guarantie ? Cause when i type the serial number on your website there is an error .

Charger kit on ELITE gamepad

Why did not Microsoft still design a Charger Kit on the Elite gamepad? Since the Charger Kit, which goes into the standard gamepad, the ELITE gamepad does not work.

 

Concerning the Elite Controller

Xbox Elite controller is an excellent controller, but i feel like the LB+RB buttons can use an upgrade.

I went through 2 elite controller where my LB button just snapped loose.

I constantly use LB for games that provide the "bumper jumper control scheme"

If Microsoft ever came to upgrade those buttons like making them metal or not having the LB and RB connected together as one plastic piece, i would be happily to purchase another one.

Hi, you cannot register the controller as there are too many numbers. You will need to contact Xbox support and book it in for repair.

Assuming how old the controller is, they are typically covered under warranty. Make sure to register the console here under your account first:

Problem is i can't register my controller , each time i've an error ask me to try again later .

Registration didn't work:

 

Try on the official support, they can request an repair if you cant do it on the repair request service.

Both way not working , then i'm f***... it's realy impressive how they make it hard to find just to make you buy a new device ...
