Elite Dangeros dont have Russian language in RU Region, why?

"How can I switch the game language on Xbox One?

During the Game Preview Program (GPP) for Xbox One and on the first full release, the only available language will be English.

We do plan to expand this list of available languages to include French, German, Russian as well as English in a future update, but we do not yet have a time-scale for this release.

Note: If you are running the beta of the New Xbox Experience (NXBE) dashboard then you may see your game localised in one of the languages above, this is a bug and we are working to resolve this."

I believe he/she was referring to the link that points out to the Russian region which seems to be the one
here. The US one works, but if you change to ru-RU (Russia) it seems to point to the not found page.

It seems the content should be available due to the advertisement in the Russian language but just seems the link is broken.

One more qustion. Ok, Russian region is blocked at the moment. But why I also see in store that all purchases are blocked in Russia, even if I have changed region ob my xbox? But system language is russian.

This massage dissapears only when I change system language for example to english.

Sorry for the issue with the language. Sounds as if you have the English version. This is why when you select Russian you get subtitles. You would have to look for a Russian version of the game for the in game audio to be in that language if it is supported
or made. Also if your region is set to USA or anywhere uses English it will auto detect that language. You would have to change region to area where they speak Russian. Take note if you do change region you are unable to change it again for 3 months.

You can try to just change the language and not region to Russian and see fi that works.
