    Elite Controller wobbly thumbstick


    Hello

    I have an elite controller, which I got togehter with my Xbox one Elite edition.

    There the left thumbstick is wobbly.

    Is there a possibility for a warranty repair?

    The support site shows still waranty for the Xbox until 2018, but when I try to create a repair ticket for the controller, I only get the possibility to selecte one of the spare thum sticks.

    The controler is broken, must be repaired.

    How could I do this?

    I figured it out... For some reason the website says the controller is unregistered but when I use Xbox's virtual assistant it, it worked fine and read the controller IS in fact registered, must be a problem with the website. All is done and the order is sent awaiting approval, fingers crossed. Tired of the back to back cheap feeling controllers I receive. Thanks for your opinion/guidance on this.

    Holy crisp I have this a lot too recently. After 2 I found a good one (bumper was a little crunchy but better than bad thumbsticks).

    Just recently had to replace that one finally.

    Got a new one and the right thumbstick feels quite loose. I can’t fine aim for **** on old settings. So I get to try and return it and deal with Best Buy’s HORRIBLE customer service and policies.

    They often act like I am dumb when I tell them the issue.

    Im guessing it’s Covid part shortages and stuff, but that’s NO excuse when it’s a $70 controller that’s barely changed over the years.

    At least im not the only one experiencing this bs.
