Elite Controller update erforderlich [Translation - Elite controller update required]

"Xbox Zubehör" does not demand a specific update. Just an update!

Which updates would be needed? Why tells me Windows, my PC was fully up to date and the XBox accessoriers it was not? Sorry, one of the two statements must be wrong

Sorry for the issue with updating. As there are many updates for the PC, Some updates may be required to run certain things. in the FAQ that Amber provided there is an October update for Windows 10. Unfortunately, to use the controller on the PC you will
need the PC fully up to date. If you don't mind you can install the updates needed then try it. If you do not like it you can always restore the PC back to a earlier date without the update.

To update your controller please first connect it via Micro USB and then open the Xbox Accessories App, click the 3 dots under your controller and then the button that says to upgrade the firmware. Please make sure it stays connected during the upgrade.

Thanks for the reply containing an update. At this point, since you've fully updated your PC and the drivers, etc, tried wireless and wired connections to attempt to update the Elite controller, as well as other devices and other internet connections, the
fact that your Elite Controller will not update or accept an update likely means that there is something wrong with the controller itself and it may need either replacement or repair. If your Elite controller is in warranty, then I would recommend that you
set it up for repair or replacement. Below is a link that you can use to check the warranty and set up a replacement or repair for that:

The problem remains unsolved. After three! hours on the phone form 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm I have learned that MS support insists of MS Software being faultless. Several MS support employees have looked by remote software an my PC and found
that all software is up to date. Yet XBox accessories demands an update. I was six times or more connected to an other apartment, from windows to Xbox and back. I described six times or more what is wrong. I insisted six times of my software being up to date.
To no avail. MS supporters have left my, before I called MS, perfectly working PC in a mess by deinstalling and installing all kinds of drivers of long forgotten windows versions. Fact is: Xbox Accessories (Germab Zubehör) does not work and MS denies to accept
that.
