"Send only your non-working product. Any other items that you send may not be returned to you. Also, don’t use the original box the product came in for shipping, as the box won’t be returned to you."

Kindly reach out to Microsoft Xbox Support to report this as they have the tools to escalate this case to the hardware department. You may receive your controller accessories within 10 days.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

My elite series 2 rb button doesnt work and i cant find a replacement button how do i fix this

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

Is this a way to get around the 99 dollar fee to fix it? It is crazy to think that Microsoft would charge for there repairs. I have had 3 original elite controllers fail (2 of which were covered by a warranty with the seller) and my new elite series 2
controller has been having the same issue for several months. It is insane that the issue was so prevalent with the first series and was still a problem with the 2nd. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is charging people to fix it. This is nothing but a scam
to make more money off of people who buy their product's!
