    Elite controller mapping issue


    discovered that on the elite controller if you are trying to map the menu or view button to one of the shifter paddles it is causing the software to incorrectly configure the controller and create weird duplicate configuration files. Every time I would try
    and create a configuration mapping one of those buttons it would save it but then when I try to save into the slot 1 or 2 it would not save the configuration file I created but instead create a duplicate called config 1, config 2, config 3 ecetera and it would
    put that file in place of my originally named file but exclude out the actual mapping of the buttons correctly

    Xbox one new "mapping" for their controllers, is anyone else having trouble with it?

    Do you have an elite controller? Thought the mapping was only available on elite

    How do I remap controller buttons for only one game?

    Are you using a regular controller or an Elite controller. You can have two different button mapping profiles on the elite and switch between them with the switch on the controller.

    I don't think the triggers can be re-mapped because they are pressure sensitive.

    There are no Macro capabilities that I'm aware of. It's similar to the original elite controller and it's mapping abilities.
