Elite Controller Left Analog Stick Bug

I encountered an unusual problem with using my Elite controller. When selecting the "radial calculations" options for the Left Analog stick, the Y-Axis become inverted. While within the Accessories App, the virtual controller Left Analog Stick movements
work properly. However, after saving the configuration, the Y-Axis becomes inverted. This is seen on the Dashboard and in all games. When in gameplay, even choosing to invert the Y-Axis from the game's controller options, the Y-Axis remains inverted. This
was noticed after the latest update to the Accessories App and I am currently an Insider Preview member.

I have 2 Elites drifting to the right from the left analog stick.

 

Xbox one controller struggles
