Elite controller joystick drifting

Hello

My handle has drifting problem and I cleaned it with 70% alcohol, but it didn't have any effect

Should the joystick be changed?

And do you have a representative inside Iran?

Is there any current fix to this elite 2 contoller left joystick drift. Beyond annoying havent even had this controller but a few montths now.

I play everything with mine especially now since my other regular back up controller has drifting analogs. For the Elite controller my favorite thing about it is the sensitivity for the joysticks.

Drift is just wear and tear on the copper contacts in the joystick module it is not only Xbox controllers that do it. I have been repairing arcade joysticks since the early 90s for this same issue. sadly it just happens... even to my elite controller and
if you are out of warranty and are tech savvy a quick google or youtube search will show you how and where to install new joystick modules.

I am sorry to hear about what happened. I am afraid that your controller needs a replacement already. I don't think there's a service center in your country where you could send it off. Try checking your options from the link below but if it doesn't work, you may check your warranty from the store where you purchased your controller.
