    Elite Controller Going Bad


    My elite controller is basically getting destroyed by itself. First was the rubber peeling off, then one of the buttons for the paddles became spongy (no clicky feeling) and now the left thumbstick is moving up/forward by itself. The thumbstick problem
    is not analog drift because it only happens sometimes and it is very annoying. How long is the warranty period? I have had this controller for less than a year and it is falling apart. I am hoping I can get a replacement sent to me. I cannot send the controller
    in for servicing because I live in Jamaica and it would cost me a lot of money to send it back.

    Elites controllers have a limited 1 year warranty. You have to contact support directly though.

    So the bad thing with controllers is that you only get a 90 day warranty. I personally have had good luck with mine but many people are having similar issues like you. I recommend contacting support and just try to see what they can do regardless
