    Elite Controller Broke My Heart


    As long as someone who works for Microsoft reads this i will be satisfied. I have gone through 3 Xbox One Elite controllers. The first 2 controllers had there rubber grips on the side peel off due to long gaming sessions producing sweat and loosening the
    adhesive keeping the grips in. The 3rd controller is my wife's and the LB is hanging off the edge by a thread. I'm not looking for support or compensation. I just want Microsoft to know how much this sucks! You guys created the perfect gaming controller and
    i've gone through 3 within a year and a half. I also want to point out that i take excessive care of my gaming equipment so the death of my elite controller was not based on negligence. Luckily i have them insured so the cost for me is very low, had i not
    though your loyal customer (me) would have spent now (after i replace both) a retail total of $750. Regardless i will always be a Microsoft Loyalist, just know that you are damaging the very consumers that made it possible for you to grow as a company.

    New Xbox One Elite bundle comes with 1TB SSHD

    If I didnt already have an Xbox One, and Payed for the Elite controller I would get this shit in a heart beat.

    I just want my DAM ELITE CONTROLLER ALREADY!

    Xbox controllers - Careless craftsmanship, or am I just extremely unlucky?

    I had my Day One Edition controller for 5 years before it broke.

    It only broke because I dropped it. The elite controllers have issues.

    But the standard quality is top tier if treated properly in my opinion.

    I came to the conclusion it is a synching issue between the controller and X1. It hasn't happened in a few months since I resynced my controllers. But it seemed to happened only with the controllers with out the 3.5mm Jack. My Elite controller and newer
    one with the. 3.5 mm Jack. My older 2 controllers broke. The LB/RB buttons broke.

    Unfortunately elites are far more fragile.

    ive still got day one controllers that work, yet had two elites that broke.
