Es wäre gut, wenn Du etwas mehr erklären würdest, was Du genau versuchst, und wie genau es Dir nicht gelingt.

Versuchst Du den Controller per USB Kabel anzuschließen, oder via Bluetooth?

Versuche es auf jeden Fall erst einmal mit einer USB Kabelverbindung. Achte dabei darauf, dass Du ein echtes Micro USB Datenkabel nimmst, und nicht ein Ladekabel für Dein Smartphone. In diesen Ladekabeln sind oftmals die Datenleitungen nicht verbunden, um
entweder Schnelladung zu ermöglichen, oder Kosten zu sparen.

Wenn der Controller via USB Kabel nicht funktioniert (das USB Kabel aber erwiesenermaßen mit einem Kartenleser oder anderen Geräten Daten austauschen kann) dann probiere den Controller an einer Xbox Konsole, wenn möglich, um zu prüfen, ob der Controller
vielleicht defekt ist.

Daz3 and further troubleshoot to see if you have success with a wired connection.

Alternatively, it is possible that your Windows PC is one that does not contain the internal drivers to connect to the controller naturally, and if this is the case, then you may wish to look into purchasing a

Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 in order to connect your Elite controller in a wireless manner.
