    Elite 2 quiet mic


    So I’ve had an elite 2 for about 3 months now and have had no issues until about a week ago I noticed that people could not hear me through my mic. I’ve gone through the settings and changed everything multiple times and scoured the internet for fixes but nothing has worked. Everything works fine when I plug into my other controller though, I’ve cycled the Xbox, disconnected and reconnected my elite 2 and gone through all the troubleshooting info I can find.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I’m sorry for the trouble, Born2SendIt. Have you tried to check if there is an update for your controller?

    Also, if you can try a different controller or a different headset that would be great in that way we can validate if the issue is indeed the controller.

    Hey there!

    Are you using the same controller on both consoles? If you're using the same controller and you've tried both consoles and multiple mics, I'm going to recommend getting a new controller or at least trying one.
