Elite 2 D-pad Right Arrow Not Working

A few days ago, there was an update for my Elite 2 controller which I installed. Since then, the D-pad right arrow has been having issues in Call of Duty. The right arrow calls in a kill streak in a match. It works briefly and the stops working all together. Everything else seems to work. I changed the controller button layout and assigned the kill streak to the up arrow of the D-pad and that seems to be working. Outside of a match, the right arrow works. Is there a way to do a factory reset on the controller and see if that resolves this issue?

Hello, Kentinada. Do you don't know someone who has a Windows PC to perform the other procedure?

Otherwise, you may want to wait until a new controller firmware version is released and for now, report the problem to team Xbox.

I don’t have Xbox Assist on my series X box. I have Xbox Support with the same lightbulb icon so i tried that. Not the same menu structure you showed but i did get to Controllers under Get Help. But I do not have an option listed about controller issues after last update so I cannot roll it back. I don’t have a PC. I am a Mac user. Suggestions?

However, in case you have trouble downgrading the firmware in that way, but you have access to a PC, please attempt to do this procedure:

“Open the Xbox accessories app, then hit windows + R (run) and input this command:

xboxaccessories:\\firmwareupdate?legacyDowngrade=true

It should then give you the option to revert.”

I don't think you need anything different for explosive arrows.

If you have arrows just press up on the D-Pad to change ammo type, one will be explosive arrows.
