Elite 2 Controller warranty issues!!!

So, bought new in December developed issues in March and sent back mid April under warranty. They sent me a refurb and immediately had drifting and sticking button issues. Sent that back and just received another refurb today and out of the box the left stick, is sticking and bumper is not recognizing!

I immediately called Microsoft and asked for them to send me a new controller this time and after being on hold for over an hour the say the best they can do is try to fix the current controller. I am pissed!!!

They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help

So with all the other mail I get from MS why didn't I get this so I didn't have to believe I was out of warranty?

Most companies will try to repair the device, Microsoft replace it for a faster service, seems pretty good to me

Not if after 3 attempts they still send out crappy refurbs that aren't working properly. That's horrible and no way can they tell me these refurbs pass an inspection. Not to mention the guy literally said they would be attempting a "repair" this time.

So he actually mentioned that they will replace it, as I mentioned, Microsoft doesn't repair this controllers they will replace it, yes they most replace it with a refurbished one, but fully functional, if not as you have done, you must request the replacement again
