Elite 2 controller is garbage

After purchasing it for 200 dollars in April I used it for a month and noticed the A button was sticking and had massive thumbstick drift. Had to send it to Microsoft. It's been 29 days since and my new one is coming today. The A button problem is a common
problem with elite 2 controllers which is unacceptable and to be waiting 29 days for a replacement is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. Your customer service was always SUPERB since I started playing live in 2001 the service was great. In the
past few years your service went right to Waste Management. God awful, can't even call 18004myxbox we gotta go through this ridiculous process in the hopes to request a call back. And what's with the option to speak with another xbox gamer lmao is this
real life? Absolutely ridiculous.

I know what are you feeling. I just sent it back my second elite controller 2. I think at this moment they are focus on more selling than supporte.

I can understand your frustration - this option is for forwarding problems and trying to solve them in the first interview.

The only trouble I’ve ever had from xbox controllers is a wandering thumbstick and that was after a few years of play. I have a regular run-of-the-mill controller now for almost 2 years and no issues. I play at least 2-3 hours a day, every day.

However, my brother has an elite and it is complete garbage. Hoping they address all of the flaws in the Elite 2.
