Elite 2 controller hasn't had a proper function since I bought into the hype. In menus you literally have to hold the button down for it select anything can't run in most games. Wth 150 purchase and never been able to use it!!!

Blinking power button while console is on

I came to the conclusion it is a synching issue between the controller and X1. It hasn't happened in a few months since I resynced my controllers. But it seemed to happened only with the controllers with out the 3.5mm Jack. My Elite controller and newer
one with the. 3.5 mm Jack. My older 2 controllers broke. The LB/RB buttons broke.

When Will Windows 7 Driver Be Added For Xbox One Elite Version 2 Controller ?

I don't think there will be a driver for elite controller 2 for Windows 7. Windows 7 has been out of support since the beginning of the year.

Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 - Hardware issues

I'll let you know that the Elite Series 2 controller does get issues, i did with my previous controller. I bought a new one in February and since then no issues. The new controller had more logos underneath the reference number on the controller. Might be
    an improved one.
