Elite 2 Controller 'Device Service and Repair' error " TraceID: oKdcn38gnEy9cUoT.18.94"

At the end of the 'Device Service and Repair' process i keep getting this error " TraceID: oKdcn38gnEy9cUoT.18.94" and no one from the 'customer services' team can tell me why but instead tell me to contact Xbox...i try to do that and keep getting told that my device is no longer under warranty...when clearly it is on the Microsoft website as the warranty runs out on 2/4/2024!

I don't know why this is. Can any one please help as Microsoft are useless!

I believe they will repair or replace the grips if you send them in for service.

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced.

You will put in a service request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.
