    my elite controller has been the best thing ive ever brought for my Xbox only had it for around 4 months i dont get time to really play much as i work around 40 hours a week, im enjoying a hours time where i actually had chance to play and my analog completely
    decides to give in! ive payed 160 pounds for this controller been used a handful of times kept in its case completely secured in its box. im heart broken ive put in for a replacement or atleast a fix i really hope microsoft helps me out...

    You could also check around at a local electronic hobby store of some sort to ask about possible repairs, chain stores like the UK equivalent of what a GameStop would be would also work.

    I don't believe you can get it repaired out right through Microsoft, as you said you can definetley get a replacement under warranty, but some places may be able to do a repair within the warranty and terms
    of service if you as around. Or at least they'd be able to help you find the best offer should you want to trade it in or something like that in order to get a new one.

    Some of the design choices on the upcoming elite series 2 were made with the 360 controller in mind. The adjustable tension analog sticks will allow you to match the 360s tension for example.
