Keep in mind this is not a guarantee that they will be able to replace it as this all depends on the controller's warranty.

In regards to an out-of-warranty service, no one here in the threads can provide you with information on where you need to go to have your controller serviced.

First we can not discuss self repair on these forums as it breaks the code of conduct.

Second, the warranty on the elite controller is 90 days in the USA/Canada and 1 year in the EU. Out of warranty repair is the cost of a new one.
