    Eliminazione di un follower impossibile - Unable to remove a follower.


    Vorrei segnalare l'impossibilit da un po di tempo di eliminare l'unico follower che mi segue utilizzando il solito trucchetto del blocca e sblocca ma nulla, ho provato a contattare l'account ma neanche esso riesce ad unfollowarmi.

    Supporto xbox mi ha consigliato di fare la domanda qui per avere aiuto diretto dagli sviluppatori xbox.

    So che ci sono state molte domande in precedenza nel forum e che alcune sono state risolte proprio chiedendo aiuto qui.

    I would like to point out that it has been impossible for some time to delete the only follower who follows me using the usual trick, block and unblock, but nothing, I tried to contact the account but it cannot unfollow me either.

    Xbox support advised me to ask the question here for direct help from the xbox developers.

    I know there have been a lot of questions previously in the forum and some have been solved just asking for help here.

    Unable to remove a follower.

    Just to elaborate on this situation. This person is not following me and they have been blocked.

    I messaged the person in question, and then blocked them.

    Yet, for some reason this person remains on my followers list.

    I can only assume that this is an bug/glitch in the user interface. I have unfortunately had to block others before, and this did not occur, they, in fact, were removed immediately. Yet somehow this person has remained on my followers list.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! After reviewing the issue you seem to be having, the troubleshooting actions you have taken and doing a bit of research into it, you have done all you can regarding followers. Once blocked, they will no longer be able to view
    your activities or interact with you, but will remain on the list as a follower until they themselves choose to unfollow you.

    More information about this is listed on our support pages, specifically about

    how to manage friends, followers and favorites in the Xbox App    , but this also is true for the console as well.

    Hope this clears things up and helps as well.

    Hi Ianvideogamer,

    A spam account, does this account have activity?. or 0G and no games played?. this is one weird situation, normally blocking the follower removes them. it could be just a bug/glitch. are you a preview program member using the NXOE?.

    Unable to remove a follower.

    This is happening now to me too

    Everytime in the past some unwanted stranger has started following me, I have been able to remove them from that list by blocking them. But this week there is one person who even when I block still remains on the followers list.

    Now I can see from the ambassador posting here that they believe you cannot remove a follower by blocking, but I am afraid that has not been the case since I have successfully removed dozens of pointless unwelcome people from following by just blocking them.
    It seems that the current issue may well be a glitch as I cannot delete the recent activity message that keeps reappearing about this person either.

    I have no idea why M$ persist with this follower thing as its just yet another thing I have to keep in check but if some actual moderator could look into this glitch I would be very grateful
